We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. This is a commission-based position, where you will receive a percentage for every client you bring to the company.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify, research, and target potential clients in various industries and sectors.

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts to generate leads and referrals.

  • Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, and social media platforms.

  • Prepare and present tailored proposals and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value of our services and demonstrating how they can address their specific needs.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and consulting teams to create customized solutions for clients.

  • Track and report on sales activities and performance, using report tools and other systems.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a consulting or marketing environment.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain a robust network of contacts.

  • Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and other sales management systems.

  • Knowledge of the market and key industry sectors is a plus.

  • Fluent in English.
